Health and Wellbeing
Healthy Island Partnership’s Health and Wellbeing projects help Isle of Dogs, Poplar and Limehouse residents feel healthier and more connected. Through welcoming community activities, health coaching, social prescribing, and local support services, we make it easier for people to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, and stay active. Working with local partners and residents, we create inclusive opportunities that support both physical and mental health while strengthening community connections.

Healthy Tower Hamlets
A new campaign shining a light on the five risk factors that have the biggest impact on long‑term health: smoking, alcohol use, mental wellbeing, checking your blood pressure, moving more and eating well.
The campaign encourages residents to take small, manageable steps toward healthier habits, supported by real stories from local people, enabling easier access to services.

Well One
Well One is a community health and wellbeing platform supporting Tower Hamlets residents to live healthier, more connected lives. It brings together local activities, services, and organisations to improve physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection, helping people access support, stay active, and engage with opportunities within their community.
Just Say Hello Campaign
Just Say Hello is about encouraging conversations and connecting with one another, by taking time out to say ‘hello.’ Partners, organisations or members of the community across Tower Hamlets are being invited to use the Just Say Hello resources in their own way – whether it’s attending an event at a local community centre, hosting a ‘pop up’ coffee session with your neighbours or dropping into a new class, there are many ways to make new connections.
