  • Dr Nishma Shah

GP PARTNER WITH THE HURLEY GROUP

I am GP Partner with the Hurley Group and my clinical work base is Island Medical Centre. Working in Network 8 or Healthy Island Partnership for me is about shared learning and resources to deliver high-quality care to our patients on the Isle of Dogs. We have been working together for 10 years now in the network and can definitely demonstrate improvement in health outcomes for our population during that time.

  • Sioux Thorn

SENIOR REGIONAL MANAGER WITH THE HURLEY GROUP

Working with the teams of both Docklands Medical Centre and Island Medical Centre.

I have been fortunate to be part of the Network 8 team for many years and have watched as other Boroughs and CCGs have taken ideas and inspiration from the ways the TH networks have collaborated in their own teams and with the wider network teams to provide a high standard of patient care and practice support. We can see this being emulated with the PCN models happening nationally today.

Network 8 practices and Network staff have a good working relationship between them which makes for very good working relationships, together with the tremendous support from Chris, Lisa and the wider team.

  • Dr Sonal Shah

NETWORK 8 GP CARE GROUP REPRESENTATIVE

It's been a great experience to co-produce a health and wellbeing project to bridge the gap between primary care and the local community. We hope it helps all those living on the Isle of Dogs.
