Cuppa and Gardening
Connecting people, sharing stories, supporting wellbeing
Gardening for wellbeing
Spending time outdoors, being active, and caring for plants can help reduce stress, boost your mood, and improve your physical health.
It’s also a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, and enjoy nature.
Every little bit of gardening can make a positive difference to your wellbeing.
We’re working with Seeds for Growth to help develop two community growing spaces where residents can get active, learn new skills and experience a wellbeing activity in nature. These gardens are open for people to join and help out.
