What is Cuppa and Company?
A brand-new drop-in café in partnership with Mudchute Farm and Healthy Island Partnership
Cuppa and Company is more than just a café — it’s a community space where residents can take time for their wellbeing. There’s no pressure to stay, chat or join in activities, but there will be friendly faces and wellbeing resources available.

When & Where?
📍 Location: Mudchute Park & Farm Café, Isle of Dogs
🕙 Time: Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, 12 PM – 3 PM
